Housing Unit Installation

Our proprietary modular homes are designed for quick, efficient installation, taking a fraction of the time and cost of traditional construction. Each unit is built in a controlled factory environment, ensuring quality and reducing onsite waste. Once a foundation is prepared, the modular unit is transported to the site, where it is assembled in just a few hours. Using specialized technology, each home is equipped with auto-locking connections for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems that link instantly upon placement. Our installation process allows us to complete a new unit installation every 2-3 hours, enabling us to rapidly scale up communities without compromising on quality.

Adding/Subtracting Modules to a Unit

One of the most unique benefits of our modular homes is their flexibility. Every unit begins with a base module that includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. From there, residents can customize their living space by adding or removing modules. Need an additional bedroom or a rooftop balcony? We can stack and attach new modules in under 20 minutes using a crane and our proprietary connection system. The modular structure allows seamless adaptation to your lifestyle: a family can add rooms as they grow or downsize when they need less space. With minimal disruption and maximum convenience, your home evolves with you.

Rent to Own

Our rent-to-own program offers a clear pathway to homeownership for residents who might otherwise be priced out of the market. Designed for flexibility, residents can choose between two rent-to-own options: a 10-year plan at $2,500 per month or a 20-year plan at $2,200 per month. Both options offer tenants the opportunity to fully own their home once the agreed term is complete, provided payments are on time. With a slightly higher monthly rate than standard rent, this option grants future ownership without the need for a down payment, mortgage approvals, or other financial hurdles typically associated with buying a home. This model gives residents the security of renting with the long-term benefit of owning.

Why Modular Housing is the Future

Modular housing is paving the way for a more efficient, sustainable, and affordable future in residential construction. As demand for housing continues to outstrip supply, traditional construction methods are proving too slow and too costly to meet the needs of a growing population. Modular housing, by contrast, offers rapid build times—our homes can be manufactured and assembled up to 75% faster than traditional builds. In addition to speed, modular housing is cost-effective: our factory-built units cost a fraction of traditional housing, and those savings are passed on to residents. The design flexibility and sustainability of modular homes also make them a top choice for the future. By reducing construction waste and making homes that can adapt to residents’ needs, modular housing aligns with a future where affordability, efficiency, and adaptability are key.
